A Friend in Need is a Friend Indeed

A friend is like a rare jewel,
worth it's weight in gold...

Or like a warm fireplace
when troubles leave us cold.

A friend is like a burst of sunshine,
on a gray day...

Or like a fragrant yellow rose,
in all it's sweet array.

Friends don't need to say a word,
just being there is enough...

It means we aren't alone again,
when the going gets too tough!

A friend is a warm hug,
a hearty laugh, A friend is a pleasant smile...

A friend takes us by the hand,
as we trudge another weary mile.

Sometimes life is so beautiful,
sometimes it's full of stress...

A good friend knows what we need,
and is there to encourage and to bless.

Suddenly I'm addicted to poetry.

Today was pretty much normal. Boring, I hear you say. Well it wasn't so boring yesterday, so I suppose all the energy kinda drained away from me.

PhySc test wasn't that hard. At least there wasn't the need to do painstaking calculations or draw really difficult light rays. For some reason, when I looked at Question 1, I stoned there. 2 minutes later i put a "D" which I changed to "A" later on in the test. I hope I got it correct.

Then hmm...for the rest of the day I suppose I was blanked out too. Then at the very moment while I'm talking to MelWeh, the Music teacher calls out my name and asks me to answer a question. Wow. So much for trying to jumpstart my day.

What can I say, I pretty much stoned the whole day away. Too worried over some things i guess. When your mind isin't thinking straight you actually get up in the middle of the night and wash up as if you just got up. Then you realise you're having a spasm and then you go back to bed and force your awakened, spasmodic body to try and get to sleep.

The only so-called 2 exciting parts of the whole day were 1) Watching the Art Room printer spoil twice because they claimed that the wrong size paper was jamming it. The 1st time, the teacher helped us remove it. The 2nd time, me and my friend tried to do it and we screwed up. I have 2 of the pics with me you can ask me to send em' over (though ones too big to get a scan). 2) Watching that retarded Japanese video on YouTube on SiHui's blog. I suppopse it's kind of a sad way to punish people. But it's unique, and that's what matters.

Screwed up when I went back home also. I forgot about my Instant Noodles and left them in the bowl to soak in the soup. Ended up with noodles that tasted like the Dead Sea. Well, I'm not dead yet, but maybe High Blood Pressure, yeah...

Piano Lesson was a fluke too. Somehow, my hands were shaking like mad. WoW didn't help either, it's maintanence night. At least I've got company tonight, so it won't be so bad. Leonard changed his blog song, btw.

A weird life for me.

"Ever heard the story of the 2 men and the bear? When one doesn't help another, what's the use? What? You never heard it before? Well I suppose, I just didn't notice..."
